Delivered sets contain materials that have been reviewed for relevance and quality according to the criteria defined in the request.

All requests must be submitted via the contact form or by email. Requirements are confirmed before sourcing begins. Any changes to scope after confirmation may affect timeline and delivery. The Company reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside its service capabilities.
4. Delivery
Delivery format and timeline are agreed as part of the request confirmation process. The Company aims to deliver sets within the timeframe stated at confirmation. Delays caused by incomplete or unclear requirements are the responsibility of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
Materials included in delivered resource sets are sourced from third-party sources. The Company does not claim ownership of third-party content. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of delivered materials complies with applicable copyright and licensing terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered resource sets. Total liability is limited to the value of the specific service engagement in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
